On the last weekend of May, the Sagra delle Ciliegie (Cherry Festival) returns to Pietracuta di San Leo, the historic 'Festa dal Zarisi' that has its roots in the first half of the 1970s when in Pietracuta, in the area known as 'Antaneta' near the Marecchia river, there was a lush expanse of cherry trees that produced about 100 quintals of the tasty fruit.

For the occasion, the village will come alive with three days full of free shows, designed for an audience of all ages. Many artists and performers will take turns on stage, offering moments of music, fun and merriment.

There will be food stands with something for all tastes, the ever-present fresh cherries, the market of typical products, handicrafts and recycling, as well as games and attractions for children. All accompanied by lots of good music to listen to and dance to officially kick off summer 2025 with a weekend of tradition and fun.
